Hey guys, cheers for yesterday. Just wondering how Andrew A is doing. Does anyone know if he is ok? I was really gutted to see him beat up like that, it definitely looked like he needed some space and a chance to chill. Glad he went and got seen to.

That's Stink Andrew! That was one impressive crash though, we thought you'd lost it, then you saved it, then you lost it, then you saved it, then you lost it, then you got back up and got back on and took off, then you were back in again all in the space of about 1 minute! pheww!
    Heal well, take the drugs

no alcohol for you Andrew. Take the drugs the doctors give you, do what they say, drink milk (yuck). It's a crappy but common break. Hope you don't need surgery.
oh, and sorry, just have to say, love your spelling of collar bone hehehe

Yeah that sucks about the break!! Is quiet amazing on the other hand that you even got got back up, let alone do more laps after that!! Wish we had a camera on you at the time cause like Trude said, you had it, lost it, had it then binned it. Looked good, bad ending.

Does this mean Caleb won't be coming to the next few rounds either?!

Yes 4 strokes are for homos. Homo-sapiens that is, who have realized bigger is better.

That's shit, I feel your pain. Most clavicle breaks do heal if the break is away from the shoulder in the middle. They will tell you to come back 6-8 weeks, but if not healed to come back in another 6 for another check. Most are ok by then so be positive. Buy some slip on shoes & stretchy shirts. slings vary in size, too small is murder. Those 'comfort' foam ones are useless at the start you need a full old fashioned sling (or a couple they need washing). Latter the foam strap ones are good.

Make a foam dodah for the back of your neck to stop it cutting in. Get a webbing strap from an old bag to use as a shower support sling. take it out of the sling at night & 3 times a day just to get some movement in the elbow carefully.

Oh yeah don't worry about that back protector Caleb borrowed till you're all back on deck at another round in future.
