We are moving to Australia for 6 months and were thinking to offer our fully furnished home to a tidy, careful, respectful couple/young family (no groups).
Rent will be ridiculously cheap ($275 per week) so could be the perfect opportunity to save that last bit of your own house deposit.
Must be a non-smoker with no pets and respectful of our rule of no food or drink on the carpet.
The house is in Finn Place Totara Vale, on the North Shore, it's a large 3 bed +study, recently renovated home with heatpump and heavy curtains.

And yes there is a lockup garage for your bike.
