well this one hasn't moved far in two months has it? And no I don't have it spotted, guess I could have ridden to every park in the region if I knew it was going to take this long

I'm always doing something else, usually with the family on Sunday, seeing as it's the only day off. Lack of light won't be helping either now...

Hey guys, my son came off his bike this morning, got a fractured wrist that's going to need surgery. A car ran the give-way on the corner of Tongariro and Hinemoa and he locked the front trying to avoid it. The driver stopped and helped him move his bike off the road then buggered off before he could get any details for insurance etc. Can Kapiti guys keep an eye out for a 2010 ish Toyota Camry, light silvery blue, driver in 30s Arab/Middle-Eastern nationality. happened at 8.30am so I'm thinking he could be local, I've been for a cruise around the area but didn't spot anything yet. I know it's a long shot but would appreciate any help finding this guy.

Thats bad news. Hope he gets better soon. You could try camping out at the corner around the same time as he may travel the same route every day

I had the same thought, might be doing the school run or live close by.

That's a pisser. I was dropping off the kids to school this morning, but I went the other way up Hinemoa street, so didn't see anything. Hope you get somewhere with this one. Did he hit the car? It'd be easier to find with damage...

Nah, just missed, the bike's surprisingly not too bad, wrecked his mum's good pants though, tore the knee through to the armour.
