What a cool lil bike.
Jorja has been looking for a bike she can "actually ride" for a little while.
For some innane reason she trusts my judgement when it comes to the bike she should have.
My criteria for a learner bike has always been that in has to have minimal stuff that can be busted if its crashed. It must have flat bars and not be a multi so its easy to work on.
Well Bingo --Along came this mighty EN125. Its a 2005 with only 4000 km on her clock.
The EN shares its powerplant with the DR125 trailie.(so yea theres a few hot up bits)
Its a naked bike with a whole bunch of cool stuff on it. Dist brake front end, electric start, digital gear indicator and even a fuel gauge.
I found it easy to go up and down through the gear box and the riding position is totally neutral. Even though its "only" a 125 once you get it revving it runs on up to over 100km/h
Handling wise it aint to bad at all but like it bigger brothers will definitely apreciate some decent tyres. Read that as --AS soon as its ridden more than up n down the road it NEEDS a decent front tyre
Jorja suffers from a lil case of short inside leg but the bike fits her perfectly with both feet on the ground.Youda thought for someone of er normal height it would be cramped--BUt NO its just fine.
Its early days yet but for someone looking for an alternative to the GN's or the FXR this bike is the perfect answer
