and you're not the sukcers paying for it....most father's do pay child support!

not all bikers are retards so not all single parents are are lowlife dropkicks.

How can one person cast judgement upon another?

Assumptions are quite often way off as with generalisations.
They arent taking a dig at single parents Genie, they are taking a dig at people who have kids when they cant afford to, or dont know how to raise them responsibly. The bit "we pay" they are referring to is the increased family assistance those on the dole get for having kids. I'm sure you have managed just fine with yours, but those parents who have kids and then spend all their money on booze and drugs are just despicable!

But back on topic... a chick on a bike seems kinda intimidating to me cos she can probably ride better than me!
    Yeah, nah.

my apologies if i offended you Genie but i wasnt really refering to single parents at all.................just the irony that you have to have a licence to do some pretty trivial things in life i guess compared to the responsibility and commitment that being a parent entails..............
anyway..............yeah back to the bikes eh

I'm always checking out the bike....still learning what is what out there. But, whilst checking out the bikes the riders seem to think I'm checking them out, been getting some nice little waves.

my most favourite teacher at school was little miss baumfield and she rode the meanest dirtiest bike i'd ever seen (13). She had my respect liike no other teacher.

It's been interesting the reactions i get from people about buying a bike. Many think I'm selfish and have no right to do this to my children - what be a happy mum. Others have been a little sceptical and think I'm all talk and won't really do this, then there the really supportive ones who have given me so much encouragement. My mother the most surprising of the lot.

Ah, this time next week I will have been out for my first ride......and beautiful bike wil lbe sitting in my garage. wonder if i'll go sleep with it???

    Hey Genie

I dont take my bike to school very often.
The kids love it, but as I try not to let on to much about my "other life" Im not to keen on the other teachers knowing what a rebel I really am.
Same with my tattoos, Cant have the parents think anyone other than squeky clean is teaching their kid. & definatly not a biker!!!

My car broke down in december so I had no choice.
I did have a little fan club after that. Kinda sweet.

No judgement here, i'm a single mother working to support my child. But what does not impress me is those whom live on the benefit and keep having babies. The benefit is a great thing for people whom genuinely need it, but it shouldn't be a free ride for those to lazy to get off there ass! and would rather sit around wasting money on drugs, alcohol, instead of looking after there children properly!
