It looks dumb. Has banana seat. Has pop-pop-pop single cylinder engine. Conventional forks. It's gutless. Unlikely it's cheap. Upright bars. C'mon Honda... think about it.

edit: and a name like "hero", is er, well its gay.

Well it's the fuel injected version of a 3 year old model... And isn't Hero Honda focused on India? I doubt we'd see it over here??

    0-60 in 3.7 seconds? Fuck that's faster than a Porsche GT2!

    Maybe it's in kph.

...still bloody quick for a 223cc!

The 12V electrical system and headlamp powered by a 6V battery has me wondering.....

    it's the 12V alternator charging a 6V battery I'd be worried about!

don't be too surprised....r125 was originally destined only for india, there is definitely a market here for it, and i suspect it will be cheaper than the yammy.

bear in mind that performance isn't solely down to hp. it could well be quite nippy (gearing) and being efi makes enhancing performance eeaaassssy

this bike does have potential to take some ninja and hyo sales, something honda has been lacking for some time, it aint that bad looking after all
