Dude front and back that would be an expensive suit, art can be printed and or Leather worked, Printed would be the easiest option, we can do it, hate to quote it tho.
Their are a few Quality makers in NZ and a few shit ones.

As well as this you get the best quality you can buy, Quadriple stitched (Kevlar) Knox armour , external armour etc etc, essentially the best specd suit available in the NZ market.

Other than Quasi i'd say Sam at Celtic would be your only other option that i'm aware of, have you seen his spiderman suit? It's really well done and gives you a good idea of what he's able to do.
