Hey, I can wear my skinny jeans! Reached my goal weight of 87kg, now just gotta transform flab to muscle and tone up! I start at the pool today, just walking at first but it's a start!

Still very sore without the support if the brace, but painkillers are good...

I weighed myself this morning and I'm 86kg! Jill can't get over that she can feel my ribs and I can't get over that I can see them!

Got started in the pool at the Leisure Centre this week. Got one of the lovely lifeguards to take a pic. Pretty hard work and you know you're not fit when your exercise is walking up and down the lane and you can't keep up with three little old ladies in their 70's...

But it's a start!
