I've heard of carrying low, carrying high, carrying forward and carrying to the back, I've never heard of carrying sideways!

I think it's a weakness in the muscle wall, but I'm still waiting for my Ultra Sound appointment. If not get it before, maybe the surgeon may have an opinion when I see him on 8th Dec.

Might have tweaked it sometime without realising it? Have you woken up in the morning with a pain, (no not him...), and put it down to how you were lying? Disc problems can come on gradually and then become suddenly noticeable once they've had enough. Then maybe you're just gettin' old...

Everything in moderation, as I learned today! I escaped from the house and took the MX5 out to Tim's, (Classic_Z), for its WoF and of course it flew through.. (typical Jap sports car). On the way back I decided to get the groceries as Mrs. Bear had to work until 6pm. However after getting home and putting them away, I was sore, tired and sweating like the proverbial! I was exhausted!

I had to completely change clothes and take a couple of Morphine and go to bed!

Oh I got my caregiver to take another pic of my back this morning. The scars are healing nicely now.

Yep, I have the same problem every time I go near the Deli counter at New World.....all them salamis.....those pies.......those scotch eggs.....those pies.....salamis........ooohhh......
