    squiggs, am i getting the right thing? look at the diagram i posted up bud. yea ill make sure i get dust seals too.
    For those of you whose use the fast lane on motorways and only do a 100km/hr, can you pls use the middle lane, some of us like to ride at 105km/hr thank you very much.

    They send the bits off to somewhere else first to get it sandblasted back to bare metal so you don't need to do any prep other than removing this you don't want to be painted/cooked etc.

    pity we are expecting heavy rain tomorrow, was gonna head out and get a quote. oh well it will have to wait.

    Yep, #1 & #2 are the dust seals, number 2 being the most important one as you're sure to fook the old one getting it off. The bearings there are koyo and the seals arai

    It's not quite that easy but if it hasn't been changed in a while, that can make a big difference.

    You should change the oil, it'll almost certainly be well past its use by date

    you are probably down on oil and it'll need replacing anyway. It isn't difficult if you've got the right tools
