Breakfast: Porridge, sugar free V and 2 coffees, or if there's left over meat in the fridge I'll eat that instead of the porridge
Lunch: Sandwiches, or reheated leftovers, or something from the cafe/lunch bar a sugar free V and a coffee
Snack during work: any of: Peanuts, mixed nuts, raisins, banana chips, hard boiled egg + random coffee
Snack after work: potato chips (crisps)
Dinner: any of: Meat, fish or chicken & mixed veg, Pastas, stir-frys, Wife's authentic Cajun cuisine (yum), curries,
Drinks: Tui or diet coke, sometimes lots of water or pureed raw veg.

Which all explains why my pit photos all looked so disgusting the other week
    Keep on chooglin'

oh fuck, i knew: i'm going to starve....

    here, i eat:
breakfast- biscuits or sweet chocolate bread with juice, or cereals with milk and coffee.
lunch- pasta or rice, with a little slice of meat or boiled fish (cod, something like that...) or cheese, with fresh salad and a yoghurt or a little icecream. sometimes i reduce to half, so just the first plate or the second one...
dinner- again pasta or rice, fish, vegetables and salad, bread, sometimes pizza or quiches...

Giulia is almost vegetarian, plus fish, so she goes at bf with coffe, cereals and soy milk, lunch with tuna salad and vegetables or rice, dinner with roasted fish and salad.
To make her happy we should go to japan twice a day...

    ?

Seriously, especially in a family, what food do you eat? I'm curious what NZers eat when they don't dine out.
We try to avoid anything with gluten and dairy, it's not easy (tricky) but it works for us!

When out riding on our bike, we succumb to the temptation of meat pies and coffee! I am usually salivating as we turn the first corner! (Damn it how we suffer, but! )
