My ute and around ten other vehicles suffered the misfortune of a group ranging in ages 15 to 18 year olds going on a windscreen/ window smashing and letter box wreaking adventure down our street in the early hours of Monday morning. The great news was that by 0530 the magic words '6 in custody' rang out..
All the drama aside I contacted Tower Insurance who within ten minutes had approved the claim and arrange the glass to be replaced by Novise. Excluding travelling time new glass was replaced and fitted within 30 minutes of the claim being accepted.
Also a thanks to Delta who caught five of the six cowering in the bushes behind the Pinehaven school. My only wishes were 1) the dog never got a chew and 2) I never got immediate restorative Justice.
