Am so sorry for his family. My thoughts, condolences & prayers are with his wife & kiddies during this horrific time.

Another rider killed in the same race as Dobsy;
It's been confirmed that a second rider died in yesterdays Supersport 2 Race.
Austrian Martin Loicht was killed in an incident at Quarry Bends in the race that also saw New Zealand racer Paul Dobbs killed.
He was due to race later on in the day also in the TT Zero event, on a bike he had helped design.
It was Martin's first time competing in the TT but in the past he had raced in the Southern 100.
As well as a keen racer he was also a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the Institute of Technology in Vienna.
He leaves behind a wife and two children.
Economic Development MHK Geoff Corkish read this statement out following the initial news of the death of Paul Dobbs.
And Guy Martin had a heavy crash red flagging the senior TT
