    Awesome.
nah swingarm is plenty difference, RC31 is a linkless design with an on top shock mount, whereas the NC30 iirc has a link mounted under the swinger and shock poking through it right? Currently trying to design a bolt on system so i can replace the stock shock with a cbr600f4 shock and linkage unit, fun times

edit, and yeh, RC31 is awesome cult bike and people the world over do some pretty sweet mods to em.

yeah when i had white rims on my old viffer they would go grey within 30 minutes of riding

soz but i have to disagree - the RC51 is fucking awesome

and RC45 would have to be one of the few bikes i'd put as "better" than the RC30. then again it IS "the sequel"

I'd take a RC30 over a RC45 any day. The '45 might be a "better", bike, but it doesn't look anywhere near as magnificent.

And having ridden a SP2, they are fucking gorgeous. One WILL adorn my garage, one day.

hmmm, yeh I haven't ridden a rc51/sp2 so maybe converted once i go for a ride on one, but mechanically and visually it doesn't have the wow factor the rc31 has. Then again the 31 is known as a cult bike so its probly just me; also the 31 seems a lot more modable than well, all the other bikes listed in this thread I reckon, which is good for modders like myself

Yeah, I gotta admit the styling on the RC45 doesn't exactly do it for me either... Little bit chunkier, bulges in all the wrong places...

    RC30 on the other hand...

If you can't clean it up yourself you probably shouldn't have it :P
It's like cars on trademe, theres a sweetspot early-mid 90's then almost everything after that is either ugly or horrifyingly expensive.

Don't worry about the kms on them. Like I was saying the other night, I could almost pass off the cams, holders/journals and gear drives for new after almost 100k kms (Mm?!) on the clock...

    Absolutely unbelievable...

Edit: The 2nd one is an NC24... I haven't ridden one, but bear in mind they're pretty different afaik... Certainly don't look anywhere near as sexy...
