    I am a sick unit!

    Bloody headaches all day yesterday, runny nose last night....now my shoulder and sides ache, and am outta breath with whatever I do....I think am going back to bed with a hottie....

    Bloody winter time!

    Get some ibuprofen and take two right away with as much water as you can - symptoms will back off in only half an hour. Keep your intake up but be careful not to take too much.
