... where you interested in a horn?, or just trying to stop this round going ahead??, while i have no issue in your making a comment, i'd prefer to keep things on topic

....

that being said, yes .. previous rounds have taken time, but no one has had any problems with either the length of time or the product... if people feel i am taking to long, they are able to back out of the sale as i do not ask for any money until we have enough people to place an order ( this means it can take a month or 3), as for the people who prefer to pay in advance, they can get a refund whenever they like

... i'm not in the habit of spending money that isn't mine.

This group buy has been going on for years, thats why we are on round 9 .. so again sir, are you interested in a horn ???

Only used twice in anger as yet - one of those on an errant pedestrian who indeed nearly shit himself...

It's more often used to get my wife's attention when she's riding ahead of me. Either way, it certainly works...

Hey Warlock, I couldnt get the wav files to work. Would the magnum be similar to an airhorn? I had an airhorn on my old SV and that was pretty decent. The DR is more like an asthmatic sparrow.
And as I understand it the magnum is pretty much a straight swap with a factory horn, is that right? Something that is not that hard to do yourself?

I once tooted at a pedestian... in a car park as we were leaving work. An undergorund car park.

She dropped her bag and froze, then we both laughed and I carried on.

The following day she admited she had wee'd a bit.

Yep, the magnum is just a swap for the standard horn... i'll work on getting the sound files to work for you.

Got one of these off TM a while back - the Magnum.

I fricken love it. Particularly for the bint in the Red Commodore S on the NorthWestern who likes to beep at filtering bikes for no reason. One morning her driver's window was open when she beeped. So I beeped back.

She no longer beeps at me, at least.

Giving serious thought to putting one in our Corolla..... Just for shits and giggles. And Auckland traffic.
