    how were they restricted though, sometimes all you need to do is put a resistor between two wires to de-restrict them

    Yes it all just depends on how quickly you want it to shift... I've seen cbr's going for 5k that have been on for nearly a year multiple times. If you want these bikes to shift in under 2 weeks though it has to be late 3's max early 4... and that's in Auckland.

    Me? I say fuck 250's... get a 400 or 750 and risk the points and infringement. You'd save the fine money in the first place from not buying that inflated shit anyway.

    Got the price I wanted, 5k, after a few weeks on trademe. Had to throw in some riding gear but no big deal. Demand is still there...
    It's not that I'm lazy, it's that I just don't care.

    Going back to study and have car for when I need it, which should'nt be too often. Thinking a 750 gsxr at some point in a few years.
