Embracing mediocrity
Can anyone tell me what the valve clearances should be for a XL250rc (4 valve single carb) should be, and whether they are set hot or cold. Now that I've stopped it pumping its oil out the top of the engine I should really shut the valve noise up as well.
I had copied the page from the manual I had when I put it back together, but I can't find it now, I know it's in my garage somewhere.....

Sorry, dont have specs in front of me, perhaps call into a honda shop, ask nice and they may be able to look up.
measurements will be taken cold though. a little noise from the valves is better than no noise though
