    Top 10 low flying aircraft

Seen some of these before but the speed of the F-16 in # 9 and how low that Tornado (or Jaguar) got to the onlooker in # 3 was wicked !!!!!!

    Enjoy !!!

Some people just can't seem to comprehend that they do not have the right to be unoffended in their lives.

Theres a (possibly urban legend) story that an RAF tornado was hooning through "tornado alley" and nailed some dude walking over the crest of a hill....

Seen most of them before, certainly the top 5.

Me thinks them kiwis from 75sqn ( Somewhere near Waiouru ) should be in the top 5 with this fine pass, putting it on it's side whilst low

    Go the Squawks!!

When I was staying on an RAF base during the '80's, the RAF had ceased investigating complaints of TV aerials being knocked off of houses in certain areas. They just paid out for a replacement, no questions asked.

Back in the 80s an Indian Jaguar suffered hydraulic failure and rolled through 90 degrees, the pilot ejected and instantly went through a house, still in his seat, in one wall out the other. I have seen the pics.

When I was in the Air Force I remember a Squawk flying past at full throttle below the roof of No4 hangar at Whenuapai, and on a maritime patrol on P3 we flew past a French naval vessel and I looked up at their deck - we were doing the best part of 400 knots at the time. We were on an ANZUS excercise in Aussie with the Andovers in 79 and I got used to finding bits of branches stuck in the fuselage.

A low flying aeroplane is a beautiful thing.
Don't blame me, I voted Green.

    Some good stuff on there.
Get the "Buccaneer" DVD from the specials bin at Te Wharewhare. Great entertainment right at the end as the credits start rolling. Buc' at around 3 feet high blasting between two hangars at speed!
As the Buc and Jag pilots used to say "The only replacement for that aircraft, is another updated version"!!!!
