Thought I would do the decent thing and introduce myself here before begging for help in the trader section.
I am another bloody pommy that escaped and now live in Auckland. Been here for a year now and looking and picking up a new bike. I owned a 2001 TL1000R in England and bought it brand new with 3km's on the clock. I sold it before moving out here and now really want to own another one now I think I may be here for a while.
Before the TL i had a GSXR600, before that a VFR400, before that a Vespa PX200 and my first bike was Vespa T5 waaay back in 1994.
Thats about it really. Oh yeah, if you know of anyone that was selling a lovely 2001 TLR, Yellow colours with Yoshi end-cans in Hastings for about 8k.. I want to buy it. I finally got the money together and the damn Trademe auction ended and I was not logged in to save it the details. Its gone
