About time for a new jacket.

My long loved Tecknic is getting a bit past it though served me well for years,Though wont wear anything but leather pants not really after full leather jacket though quite like the look of the combination Cordura/leather (or whatever it is) that there coming out with these days, plenty of pockets/armour/removable liner are a must, whos got what thats any good, not to worried about price as i keep them for years.Only other requirement is it must come in black, and only black thanks am not one for all those fancy colours making you look like a Honda rider.

Na mate,my old mum hates motorcycles, she would probably put pink ones on so as to stop me using it,funny how she ended up married to a bloke that loved bikes, she works at the 111 call center and freaks out every time she answers a motorcycle related call even today.

Rev'It Ignition Jacket ticks all the boxes.

It has a waterproof liner and separate thermal liner. Waterproof zips.

Textile across back, front and part of arms - about 60% being textile, the rest being leather - so if you remove both waterproof & thermal liners you end up with a fully breathable jacket where the wind just flows right through. Comes in black. Not actually as short as it may appear in the photo, but shorter than a typical touring jacket. Have seen a couple of guys who pull it off quite well. But the panel-heavy robo-cop look may not be the best look for you if you have an unusually enlarged belly area...

as per OP here are his specifications "plenty of pockets/armour/removable liner" and it had to be black. He wasn't asking about number of stitches, leather thickness etc.
    Seems to fit the bill.

    Nice looking jacket.
