Getting people in is hard, but once they do, they love it and don't leave- unless they go knock someone up, get a job so far they can't get home, or just get pressured by their missus to move closer to her parents...
Room to store bikes in the garage will be available soon, just gotta sell the spare bed on $1 reserve...
