    General parts for VL250 (K7)

Any idea where I could purchase general parts for a Suzuki VL250 (2008) that's had a bit of a ... crash?

The parts that need replacing are (off the top of my head):

    • Right hand mirror
    • Entire exhaust pipe (Got one off TradeMe this PM, hopefully it'll fit)
    • Clutch lever
    • Master Cylinder & Lever (brake fluid container & front brake lever)

So far, google searches have turned up bits4bikes (NZ based), brooksbarn (UK based), and wemoto (UK based) & of course ... Trademe/eBay.

Any other places that youse would recommend taking a gander at?

Side note - worth taking the bike to a mechanic to make sure there's no damage to frame etc?

Hi Blinkwing. I have a clutch level & original exhaust pipe and some spare mirrors - but I'm Uk based and the shipping cost will be high.

I am, however, in the market for a complete VL250 engine (inclusive of shipping cost) if low miles and in good nick.

So if you don't wanna repair.....

Have a standing alert - but any guidance toward a Aus or NZ supplier welcome. Could be a damaged repairable (with engine intact) or a scrapper. Not after the bike - just the lump and carb.
