There is always three sides to every story, his side, your side and the truth lies somewhere in the middle.

All the best out there and perhaps we can all learn to have some respect for one another and our individuality.

    Ride safe.

I agree with the other sentiments. Good on you for fronting up. As to the question about whether you would have received the same roasting if you were on a scooter? Let me assure you it would have been much worse. Just search the forum for scooter and you'll see.

We can all have an off day, and yes there is always THREE? sides to a story, lol Genie.
    Nick fer Christs sake.
It matters not what you were riding, enjoy the Bike, the road and all the good things about riding, but please don't go giving the morons out there another ally, come back to the fold, ride safe and make pedestrians and car drivers your friends, not mortal enemies.
You've come forward and presented your side, for that you deserve some respect.

    Nick.
Nice speech - now man up with the truth.
You fucked up and now you feel bad about it.

Honesty will get you more respect than BS. And the more BS you type the more you will believe it.

I don't know, your explanation seems fairly obtuse.

    How acute are your reflexes?
The greatest pleasure of my recent life has been speed on the road. . . . I lose detail at even moderate speed but gain comprehension. . . . I could write for hours on the lustfulness of moving swiftly.

what a dag! Good on you for 'fronting up' Nick...though my first thought was...so the van in front went through a red light and you thought you would then follow him? .....hrm

Anyway - I have seen you heaps! That bike is very distinctive...in fact I love the green even...but all that aside "25 years experience" and "other peoples antics" don't explain some of the shite I've seen you do in the busy city streets....and BTW that's on more than atleast 5 occasions...AND I hadn't even seen this thread until today...what a dag...

I get serious road rage and have made my own fair share of silly and unnecessary decisions/actions while riding, so I am by no means an angel HOWEVER what I thought when I read this thread was that if I have noticed you from your 'style of round town ridingand thought 'there's that bloody guy again' imagine what all the real PC anti bikes brigade think....though perhaps you don't give a shit, hell perhaps we all shouldn't?

I think that is the right angle to be taking, and I'll cosine that query, to a degree...
