    Greetings from disorderly

Hi there just joined this site a few weeks back been a while since I owned a bike but recently I came across a beat up old yammie xt400 which was in a bit of a state and not going anyhoo I have since got it going and motor sounded good apart from cam chain rattle which I have replaced gotta love those old single bangers soo easy to work on and basic I also found a wiring loom from a bike wreckers which I have put on next job is to do the fork seals and rear wheel bearings ( I do things as I can afford it ) Im wanting to get it back on the road and complied so a nice project for starters although parts are not easy to come by oh well just keep my eyes opened

Goodonyer! You'll have to post pics of the project. A few on here have done up some older bikes and it's always interesting to see them progress.
