This has to be the best herbal liqueur. Smooth and suddle is how i describe it, taste reminds me of cough medicine.
I normally drink Absinthe, but this shit gives me a good kick up the arse.
Anyone else drink this liqueur?

Someone had given him this bottle for a pressie, so we decided to get pissed on it.... Wrong move! I still get the "heeby-jeebies" when I taste it![]()

I prefer Green Chartreuse, but it's stronger and more deicate though not as strong as the absinthe's you can buy. Absinthe was outlawed for years because of the Wormwood in it (too much is a poison), so the new absinthe's either have that limited to a very high degree or there's none at all.Originally Posted by Teflon
Try Green Chartreuse up to 30% with Tequila, straight or on ice. Wow. Or as an alternative try a good quality gold Tequila mixed with Pernod (not Ouzo, that's not good enough) but limit the blend to about 15% if you still want to taste the Tequila.
Both these bevies straight or on ice, mixers dull the pleasure.

Don't know the percentage of wormwood in Absinthe, but i've never hallucinated, can't be that much.
Shotz of Absinthe with sugar, nice.
