1/ Taking parts enquiries, and advising the customer of price and availability accordingly
2/ Advising customers on the parts required for dealing with their service issue
3/ Locating and supplying parts to our workshop as required
4/ Motorcycle gear and accessory sales
5/ Assessing and restocking high turnover product
6/ Expand product knowledge to assist in sales
7/ Maintain high presentation of our stock
8/ Administration duties


Skills and attributes required:

1/ Previous experience in the industry would be preferred
2/ A fairly detailed knowledge of motorcycle mechanics
3/ The ability to retain information from product training and convert that to sales
4/ A proven track record in sales
5/ Hold a full car and/or motorcycle licence
6/ Computer literate
7/ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
8/ Reliable and articulate
9/ Must have a passion for motorcycles
10/ Available to work Saturdays

I used to ride my bike pretty much all day (school hours) but then I got a job! Works sucks. It so gets in the way of life....but there's hope for us all.....the weekend.
