Upgrade to vB 4.04

I've done a bug fix upgrade to Kiwi Biker. Any problems, post them here.

This version introduces more facebook integration.

All we have here is a red x with the words The Facebook Platform after it. I am going assume that is because we dont have facebook?

The Green Zone style hasn't been updated since vB 4.02. If the creator doesn't update it soon, I may drop that style.

I think it mainly updating your Facebook that you've posted. I don't use Facebook, so I haven't tried it.

On FF, and every post I make shows the 'You must wait 10 secs before posting again' screen. At least there's no double posts appearing...

Fixed redirect default option.

Nothing I can do about double posts. Have to wait for vB to fix.
