    My young fulla can put away SOOO MUCH food it's not funny! He was only 8 here.

    mate,.... I was paying for that this morning. lol, but seriously though. I hear what you're saying and moderation is the key. Its ok to pig out once in a while but I certainly won't be making a habit of it.

    Size 16 chicken is no problem

    4 Mc chicken burgers easy

    I eat around 1 kg of food for my main meals

    I just about died afterwards - Americans are most unhealthy. Basically was a meal of the following description:
    - Plate sized burger with everything
    - Spare ribs
    - Bowl of fries
    - Bacon and eggs
    - Waffles
    - Salad
    - Chicken wings
    - Burrito
    - bottomless coke glass

    FYI hells pizza is easy. Go have a few pizza's at La Porchetta......cheap and I mean a few pizza's

    Glad to see there is someone else out there who has the same problem as l do. I cut down on my eating about a week before l know l have to get into my leathers.
