[QUOTE=Crasherfromwayback;1129814423]That's odd mate...because he spent quite a bit of a season riding with a broken wrist. You should try it sometime. Not that I think you do any racing yourself

Alot have ridden with cracked / broken bones nothing new there ........
Crasherfromwayback you could try doing a 4hr Matial arts grading then fight 10 Black Belts at the end of it with a crack shin & 3 broken knuckles & then have to break 6 roof tiles with the same hand & then 8 tiles with the foot with the cracked shin !! . Oh you are correct I don't race road , done the MX stuff but have never felt the need to show off any more than I already do !

    No thanks.

Seeing as you're the martial arts master...you should then know what total tough cunts anyone that races moto gp are. Riding one would be hard enough. Riding one broken is off the scale. And racing isn't about showing off. It's about wanting to get out there and ride a bike like you want to legally. Bit like fighting.

Yeah motorcycle sport is a bit like rugby etc where accepting injury as an integral part of the sport and coping with it is the deal.

You need to be a special type of person and both Ben Townley and Josh Coppins are Kiwis who are able to cope.

Lesser mortals would just say, WTF, I don't need this.................
It's OK to disagree with me. I can't force you to be right.

Lesser mortals actually sit in the comfort of their armchair daring to criticize the brave ones actually doing it.

There's a few 'brave' bastards around here who are experts in their armchairs - pulling apart competitors reputations.

They would not consider themselves as 'lesser mortals' of course...............

Yes I enjoyed owning them all & wish I still had them , you should like my new Toy then to sit next to my RSVR Had 5 others XT/TT500 with 520 , 540, 580cc kit's in them the last was runing a Electro Methonal carb which was nearly as powerfull as a mates Godden 4 Valve Speedway bike motor , but it lost alot of top end revs & vibrated the bike to bits . Those where the days .
