    Powerball gyroscope

I fitted some Galfer brake disks to the GSXR and found to stopping power so much better than the stock ones, to the point I was getting arm pump, so I'm off to get a Powerball gyroscope to help build strength in my arms etc.

    Anyone else use one?

Used to have one in the office but we got obsessed with top score rather than any kind of exercise!

Yeah - it is all about the top score! Or get one without the counter and actually use it as a piece of exercise equipment.

Works well for arm build up but I wonder if you may be better off with one of those hand clamp thingies for the brake. They do your hand and wrist and don't make an annoying noise like the ball. The alternative form of wrist exercise should not be preformed during your T-break .....

I have one, fastest Ive been is 11905rpm.

Its not the cheapest way to fix arm pump but it works.

I've worn my one out! But I still have the arms of an anorexic model.

Yeah I bought one first time I broke my wrist, has come in hand for the successive two more breaks since. Helps to get the muscle tone back initially and helps with arm pump quite well. Just need to keep on it regularly and you can see some good improvements. That along with pressups helps with braking immensely.

when you use it cupped in your hand, works the top of the forearm - but try holding it in the tips of your fingers, like a claw ... reaally feel it in the back of your hand and lower in the wrist - and for variety, turn your hand upside down. Actually think the MX one with the grip on it works better for arm pump .......
