    Congratulations on your new appointment Stirts. I am sure a change is as good as a holiday. I wish we in HB had more choices as you do. Things are really hard here and jobs are still being lost due to the economy.

    I wish you well - I am sure you will enjoy it and be fine

    Thanks Chick. Tauranga is still very much affected by the economy too, and sadly people are still losing their jobs. In the idustry I am currently working in, I am fully aware that nationwide, businesses are still struggling/running on bank overdrafts and some are about to close. There is sweet f.a to apply for and when you do, it seems there a couple of 100-odd applications following suit.

    I am just very, very lucky.

    Lucky or not.... congratulations. A job well deserved. I just hope I don't have to sell my bike or house to keep on doing what I am.... but hey, thats just a gamble with what I do. Good luck all the same
