Ok. I normally wear a 50/60, but I'm similar dimensions to you... I'll see if a mate has a 48/58 one piece to try. Damage on the arm is ok, probably not bad compared to what I'll inflict on it

yeh damage isnt bad at all, but all in all awesome suit and awesome for summer and its a very cool suit....
