Yamaha SDR200

Ok...another good idea that wasn't, an SDR200 runner, but not registered, VINed or road legal. Was going to have an engine transplant and run in F4, paid $1000, great looking frame and smart sporty looks, uses TZR 2.15F and 2.5R x 17" rims possibly good fun cheap trackday bike or fit a Lonkin 150 4-stroke for buckets, use the SDR200 engine in a go-cart. Id say mid 90's. Great bikes to ride....will have to check the bank manager about this...

That is farking cool man... never knew they existed, 200cc LC single stroker yeah? what is the year of it? part retro, cafe, stroker... sweet

EDIT: just googled images, looks like the RZ1 and bit of a cult over seas, mint chambers on some of em cos the standard looks farking horrid.

If I saw this on Monday it would be mine! They are possibly the sexiest 250cc and under bike ever. Sadly I brought a boat on Tuesday and have no funds =(

If anybody is interested they were made between 86-87 and was intended as JDM only

A mate of mine had one of these in the dim dark past. Was a cool ride. He also had a YZ250 motor he was going to try to install, never got around to it.

cool bike......but I have been told to stop at 2.......and she already want's me to cut down to 1......

however if you let me buy it for $100 I could wire up the lamp and say its a houselamp
