Jeez Poo's, you confusing Laguna with Phillip Island? Not much use for Horses with no straight bits. Honda should be good cos it looks like its working well off the corner - but Dozi and Pedro arn't the right riders for a track like LS. Nicky's having a good year and its HIS track. Spies will be looking to impress. Pedro will be baffled again by track going up, down, left, right and blind. Stoner could be strong. Rossi will be hurting. No-one else is in the game.

Hate to tell you this mate..but Phillip Island isn't a horse power track either. A horse power track has slow corners leading on to straights. Think Manfeild. Phillip Island has only one real straight...and while long...the last corner is as fast as fuck leading onto it. The rest of the track is fast flowing corners. Think back to Jeremy McWilliams putting the slow as fuck Modenas (or whatever the heap of shit was called) V3 on pole in 2002 or there abouts?
Secondly...if you think Pedrosa can't handle the up and down of Laguna (again)...how do you reckon he managed to win there last year?

second row spies you little champ
being there before means nothing????
Everyone always goes on about SPies never being there before and learning the circuit look at superbikeslast year so I think the Simoncelli comment never been there before is irrelevent plus in qualifying he looked very smooth and in control and seemed to be doing well he has a rding style much like Rossi's I think alot of them were on the very limit of falling off so will be worth seeing how the race gets on with the fast but smooth riders

I think because this track is so technical having been there before will definitely be an advantage
Though Simoncelli looked ok in qualifying
I don't rate Simoncelli as much as I do Spies though...hence the 'new track' comment. I bet you anything you like Simoncelli's Honda is a better/faster race bike than Spies Yamaha...and Spies is learning new tracks again. Yet how badly is Spies beating Simoncelli in the championship so far?
End of story.
