I have heated grips and Revit Celcius gloves...perfect combo to keep hands dry and warm
Do not walk behind me, for I may not lead
Do not walk ahead as I may not follow.
Do not walk beside me as the path is narrow
In fact FU*K off and leave me alone

Saw some awesome gloves at the Red Barron on Sat - they were bloody expensive ($275) but looked pretty tough and were well made. Can't remember the brand

I've got some Orina winter gloves. Pretty unknown brand I think but they're pretty waterproof and warm. I've ridden on a few really wet days and they haven't leaked.
