On a positive note, Superbikes are looking good?

Despite the 2 class within a class and some odd rules everything seems to be as clear as mud and ill just be happy if im able to ride the BMW but there could potentially be a good line up of 'factory' riders

    SUZUKI
    Stroud
    Clee
    Bugden?
    Shirriffs

    YAMAHA
    Rees

    KAWASAKI
    Cole

    HONDA
    Hayden?
Theres 2 bikes doing nothing, whos prepared to man up and touch there toes?

plus the regulars, plus the new superstock guys would it be dreaming to possibly have 20 bikes on the grid at certain races?

That's seven entrants man, hardly setting the fucking world on fire.

I would imagine Derek's going to campaign the KTM but I may be wrong. I also saw Mr Sellers riding a sparkly new S1000R with a dealer plate fitted earlier in the week. To my knowledge Motorad don't have a demo so it seems he mave have just taken delivery and is running it in. Be nice to see him out there. Be awesome if Jimmy races the thou' again and perhaps Mr Selfe will atack the full season instead of just the south.

Add the Superstock bikes to the grid and it MIGHT actually crack 4 or even 5 rowes at each round. That'd be nice.

Well I'm planning on filling out one of the lower places on the grid (superstock 1000) in the NI rounds so that's two Yamaha's on the grid.

Hopefully an other 20 or so turn up to ride around in slow circles for their own pleasure & to help pay the host club's bills, althoug double points are hardly going to foster that.

Im just listing the factory supported riders there jimmy, thats a shit load! Plus I forgot Jimmy Smith. Add me, dion, reece, ryan, ricky mckay, reece picket, mcadams, kiwi graham, slowpoke, david mccarthur.

All those riders are rumoured to be running plus there is heaps i have forgotten and those south island guys that always support there local rounds. Do the math

Dude...Motorad ain't the BMW dealers. Motomart are. Gonna get expensive for Dion if he keeps buying the bikes that beat up on him.

Dion has got a BMW and will be racing that from now on. The move makes sense! He can sell his RSV4, build a S1000RR superbike and have money left over. So now he has a better bike with more power, TC, ABS and more room for him to move around as he is really tall for less money.

    GOOD MOVE!

So I hear. And good on him if it helps him. But I really don't think chopping and changing from one bike to the next will actually help him right now. Track time and learning race craft is what he needs. Just like anyone starting out.

Yeah I think he has good skills but needs to sorta slow down a bit then he will go faster but from talking to him he has put a lot of thought into the BMW and he has been struggling with the RSV a bit as he was finding it to small.

Could we add Telford to the list of National riders? He has an RSV4....

Honda have no factory supported bikes this year, just Dealer support with contingency for placings (reasonably good contingency as well). They are hoping to have 5 bikes on the grid but we will see. Once again, the 600 class has been completely overlooked, I wonder why I bother sometimes.

But I am with you Chop, I think the grids will be good this year! If anything these new rules have given the racing scene a shake up and they have created a truck load of interest!

Who is gonna be riding those 4 supers that Honda have kicking around?? You should jump on one man, flag the 600. Is Brad gonna race this year?
