    Our Weather

It's pissing with rain right now and is at best about 5 degrees, just checked a hot-rod (Relics and Rods) site based in *Lake Havasu in Arizona, it displays time & temperature, when I last checked it was 4:13pm and 102 degrees F!!! Bastards!!! (use to show Celcius too but they seem to have dropped that)

    Roll on 'summer' here eh?

*Been there in May and it IS ef'n HOT let me tell you.

So....planning a ride today, are we?
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Apparently there is snow on the Tararuas - can't see them right now as they're covered in snow clouds! Yesterday was the worst I've seen for a while - we were meant to be going on a club ride to Wimbledon but it was bucketing down here so we passed. Usually the weather clears up once you decide to stay home, but it got worse. At one point the rain was so heavy and it was so windy it looked like dust clouds rolling across the paddocks. Our water tank overflowed and the pond was threatening to do the same. So glad we stayed home!

I moan in summer it's too hot to put all the gear on to go riding, but I'd rather be a bit hot to start with than put up with being wet, cold and miserable just for the sake of going for a ride!

Roll on summer! The shortest day is coming up, so every day from then on is a day closer to summer, that's what keeps me going!
Yes, I am pedantic about spelling and grammar so get used to it!

Summer sucks cause it gets too hot and humid, winter and autumn both suck cause it's too wet, and spring is worse cause it's hot and wet. You can't win can ya?

Passing rain and sleet showers here.
