I am glad I'm this old meaning that I enjoyed the best of non-pc and motorcycle times.
The free love,pre AIDS and the bikes,even though slower and no where near as good handling,were great fun to ride.The comraderie between bikers was better to.

Probably a few prudes, but thankfully so. The ride itself is a topless exhibition to flaunt porn stars in prequil to the SEXPO event run by Mr Crowe. Some people are fine with it, others are not. Personally what goes on behind closed doors and in red light districts doesn't concern me, but when the parade it in main streets during the day time where the public is forced to put up with it thats a different story. People working or shopping can choose to look away, but really it shouldn't be there in the first place. This stuff makes me so ashamed to be a kiwi its not funny. In most countries bar 9 in the world, this kind of activity is illegal and not tolerated. Yes I could move there, but why should I, just because others are corrupt, why should I have to hide away. This should be banned, at least during day time.

what i find interesting is these events are usually not advertised much, but word gets out that it's happening, people complain, and make a fuss, it hits the news and wham! free nationwide advertising!!!!!

the people trying to get it stopped or banned are actualy contributing to it's success.

I honestly couldn't give a fuck about Porn. It's certainly got it's place in society, and the Sexpo is probably a great thing for the people who attend.

The bit I have an issue with is a "Freedom of expression" parade which is little more than an advertising stunt, which needs people to be paid with vouchers to participate in. If you really cared about "freedom of expression" there are considerably more effective ways of raising awareness than flashing your knockers.
