After much struggle and seven hours of work

(Screws on the carbs are rusted up pieces of junk, sadly couldn't find M4 10 and 14 socket screws to replace them, if anyone sees any give me a yell, replaced them with regular stainless but wouldn't mind swapping them again if only to make it that much easier in the future to clean the carbs)

Got it installed and it does make a hell of a difference, as pointed out there are cheaper ways to do it, but as I've never rejetted a bike I was happy with the piss-poor(but not complicated) instructions. Now to modify the airbox and considering a bafflectomy.

If you have a Hyosung and don't know what you're doing I definitely recommend it, but get it done whilst it's new before the screws have a chance to solidify. Else you'll need to remove the carbs to get them out like I did.

No choke needed and no popping when decelerating plus a tonne more torque, albeit haven't yet tested the top speed.

And I'm back, will do a big hunt for the drill piece tomorrow. Recommend the kit for the above.

Not a sausage sorry, all I know is the drill piece will be in the foam cube that has my old jets etc with it. Which you would think is easier to find, you'd think anyway.

I pulled my carbies apart the othr day for a look, put shims under the needle and drilled out those 2 holes, I used a 1.5mm but, and it took a polish off the holes... not noticably bigger though. Slight improvement in the 6 -8K range, I think I need bigger mains though...

If you do find that drill size, let me know as I dont mind pulling the slides out again...
