Indeed they were mate, just past Mcdonalds.Called in to show a mate the ute and his eyes lit up sensing an opp to get outta the house for the night and ride the old TL toboot,we unloaded it and set off, must say it was kind of neat sitting behind the old girl and listening to it as they really do sound nice. His Mrs is coming down as we speak and the way hes knocking back the Bourbon she will be lucky if the buggers still awake when she gets here.

Yeah, I figured I was a bit slow off the mark

Wife says she'll let me get one of those (Falcon ute) next year, if it's in the horrib light blue metallic. Fair compromise I reckon

How's the fuel consumption? The black on red is a good look Can you get the TL on the tray positioned straight? (i.e. is the tray long enough?)

Na mate the things pretty thirsty but hey i didnt buy it to save on gas money, the previous owners done a wonderful job on the exhaust system which doesnt help as depressing the loud pedal produces a glorious note indeed. They look ok in the light blue i reckon fwiw.Yep the red and black thing looks pretty good more so in the flesh, this things been lowered a tad to much at the front to be practical so will have to sort that out.All in all very happy and to cap it of its done very very low kms.

Forgot the TL question, yep can get it on straight but had to screw 2 small shackles into the tuff deck lined tailgate to put a small bungee cord round the rear wheel to hold it up as i cant quite close it,no problem and worked fine.
