There are a couple of 'Bullshits' to over look after giving the baccy up.
    1: You dont save money.
    2: There is no craving.
2: Taste does not magically return.
2: The morning cough stays with you.
2: Temper does not get out of control.

Note: All/Both accounts is my experience since being a non smoker. Some people may vary.

    Mr Crunch.

The act of driving into the back of a bike, is one of the things truly deserving of a "wee chat".

Strangely I felt a bit sorry for the guy (later on) as it was a full force hit to his throat and I'm not overly delicate, I'm a bit embarrassed too to be honest.
Agreed, a grumpy driver intentionally driving into the back of a motorcyclist after said motorcyclist motioned for him to stop tailgating is savage. All I could think of is if it was my daughter out on her scooter with a cunt like that bullying her.

    Boooraaah

Well, if you want some fun, maybe you should go to jail lol.... they all have to stop smoking next year cold turkey, unless the stop before hand.
Sounds a bit mean, but perhaps it will be good............ should be happy times anyway lol.
Can you get patch thingies free these days from quit line? I am one of the smarties who never started smoking, well tobacco at least, so don't have to worry about stopping.
I am freindly really, I only bite when provoked

Probably the last thing you need now is some arse of an ex-smoker to tell you how good it is to have stopped smoking and that it get's easier over time etc etc.

PS - a mate of mine once tried to give up smoking by substituting cabbage for the tobacco. He didn't leave the couch for weeeeeeeeeeeeks. In fact I think he ate the couch.

But seriously, ffolks. If you want to quit download Firefox and Quitzilla comes with it. It's a program that you load up and it charts your progress on a daily basis.

    At the moment I'm

    Cigarettes not smoked 22,279
    Money saved $10.129.56
Milestone 3 years 8 months and 1 week
Last milestone 31,800 hours without a smoke

If you're serious about it the milestones might help with morale etc. It's worked for me anyway.
