My old room on Tasman Street, Wellington up for grabs

Well; both me and one of my flatmates are moving out soon, and while we have found a great replacement for her, no one suitable has yet been found to replace me (I know, I know- irreplaceable, but we do got to try...)!

So: my room is not big. Let's get that out of the way. It is bijoux and charming. So is the rent. $90 per week plus a small share of bills; I end up paying $145 but that pays for food and everything. It's central, my flatmates are great, easygoing people, and we even have a garden (front and back). I think it's a great place and I'm sorry to be leaving. Lots of mod cons.

We are looking for a female (it's to share with one other female and two blokes). Does anyone know someone looking for somewhere?
It's a late 20s plus household- preferably employed folk, please...

Well, I know; but we do manage to cope with all the Peter Jackson freaks camped outside... so one or two more dribbling wierdos shouldn't make too much of a difference!
