Anyone ever bend a wheel? Or is the axle the problem?

Just to let you all know, i removed the wheel and reinstalled the exhaust to run the engine. Doing so, the axel spun perfectly true. Whats more, the bearings are nice and solid. That leaves the wheel to blame. I can not say for sure if the loose axel nut is entirely to blame.
