    Run 79

    Has anybody, apart from myself, ever had dealings with Run 79, Lake Tekapo?
    They are an online Merino clothing outlet. And I am beginning to wonder if they are not a little dodgy...

    Seven weeks ago i ordered a set of Icebreaker leggings from them and paid by credit card. Up until now I have received no goods. I have rung them three times and emailed once. They claim that Icebreaker have not supplied them with the goodies but they have been totally remiss in not staying in contact with me. Least I reckon so.

    Today I have sent them, by snail mail, a request to reverse the charges and cancel the order. We'll see what happens...

    Anybody know these guys?

    Duno the company ... but the credit card bank will reverse the payment - quicker and safer than the shop ..
