    Incredible comeback.
She wouldn't need to call herself that if she just took time to learn to control her throat muscles

I wonder when they'll start beating up other Maori for mispronouncing their own place names. How long then before tribal wars start again?
Then there's the Kawarah river (Kawerau)

99% of people say O-tahu or Papatoe when in fact it is a huhu and a toetoe.

The correct pronunciation of Pio Pio is "P 10 twice"

The Puhoi road sign reads Puhol...(no dot above the i) and has been pronouced Poo Hole.

Crikey, I'm starting to feel sympathy for O'Carroll, maybe he has a valid point.

There is a man in the major leagues called "Albert Pujols".
I love hearing about how Albert Pooholes knocks another right out of the park..

A common mis-pronounced place name is Hanmer Springs.
Its almost always pronounced Ham-ner Springs instead of Han-mer Springs.

I dunno if mispronouncing White-tra is worth a punch in the head, but the number of times I've wanted to belt people for saying Tea-Ka-wat-ta instead of Te Kauwhata is incredible.
