I think a decent length race would be better for the largest class.
Also, don't put up with other classes being put in with the F4 GP race like what happened at Taupo.

I thought a GP had a minimum distance?
Nah it was always a set number of laps like a GP should be of course. largely worked out to somewhere between 30 & 45 min.
Don't you look at my accountant.

Didn't bother me at all, In fact its quite interesting to try keep up with bikes I know are lots faster than my own.
Streetstocks and buckets are are closer match than most other classes.

Yes you are correct. In the mid 90's me and Chris raced RS125's. As there wasn't enough 125's for a class we were in F3. Nothing better than beating those lardarse fourstroke shit heaps. But in a race that will determine a national champion, there should never be bikes from another class that might affect the outcome.

Race was for the F4 NZ GP. Havent seen a national championship allocated for F4 to any clubs.

Thanks for the correction. Either way, a full field of F4 bikes raceing for a GP title didn't need and shouldn't have had other classes put in.

There was a very interesting moment where the F4 leader almost lost it trying to get round the street stocks. They were having their own race (as they would), making it a little difficult for those trying to pass them.

Yeh I was almost taken down with a guy trying to out break me on his SS, him on street rubber me on wets. Needless to say he hit Me then the deck and I took to the dirt, grass, dirt, and lost 2 places in the process. Never mind still had a good day. Hope he wasn't banged up to bad.

Yeah. I forgot to call off that hit. Only had to pay half thankfully, you know, 1/2 up front, 1/2 after the job was completed.
