    img tags broken?

img tags don't seem to get parsed anymore...

On second thoughts... yes they do. I won't say user error - I just need to blame something.

    Thats Purrrdy !

Congrats on your purchase Dave, saw the thread, nice !
A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Bowls can wait !

Well - they are sorta busted...

I copied and pasted the above IMG tag and embedded link into this post:
    http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...post1129835844

and it still doesn't bloody embed the image - just the URL

    Thanks Bill,

The orange may be too much for some people, but not all KTM riders are mad and it certainly makes it stand out in a crowd.

I don't know if I like the trip computer though... it seems to like recording top speeds... and it hadn't even done 14kms!

I belive that IMG tags are only enabled on some forums.

You may need to check the Site Rules regarding embedded image size...

Excuse the formatting, but I can't show it as it needs to be without it being in the pretty little box. The IMG tags (first box) only work in some forums:
    Code:
[IMG] link to a website pic [/IMG]
To get images to work in all forums, regardless of settings, you have to use the following:
    Code:
     img src=http://www.somewebsite.com/picture.jpg
You also have to stick < right before img, and then after the link stick > (so < blah > - with no spaces). Can't show exactly as vbulletin is grabbing the code

FWD to Gremlin said, if you learn and master how to apply the "img src" technique, then the whole new world of HTML and forum will open up for you.

If you can make it on Kiwibiker you can make it anywhere.
