    Yamaha RD50

I'm looking for a RD50 but would also consider a RG50. I don't really care about condition as long as all the parts are there. I plan to do it up and use it as a cheap commuter.

An RG will be a far superior bike with safer size tyres & brakes, with the only weak point being that the tanks rust in the bottom corners & perhaps the CDI. Good luck finding one these days.

    rd50

ill give you my rd50 for 500. i have a whole bunch of spares which iv spent lots of $$ getting from japan. It has rego till next year. few problems with it which im sure you can fix. it spits and sputters so iv just left it out back. i parked it up about a month ago, it cut out as I was riding, so i left it alone. you can pick it up too if you wanted? I also have a spare engine which ill throw in for extra. It doesnt have a front brake on it at the moment, but I bought one from japan, but don't know how to put it on. that cost an arm and a leg and i bought a kick starter lever for it too because the old one was smoothed. which was also a lot of money from japan. ill give you the lot for $700 if you're keen give me a txt as I'm not on here much.

Will be points on this model & they have likely closed up which is why it was rough then stopped &/or plug.

Also Pipe is likely clogged up & needs a burn out.
