The fact is that Dr Sharpels is showing signs of corruption, either that, or he is mentally retarded.

Dr Sharpels saying this instantly weakens the whole idea of confiscating chattels under the proceeds of crime act...... even if these guys get it place back (purchased with laundered money no doubt...... "a trust with ties to the gang", blow me down, as long as they have washed the money enough, and it can't be proven in a court of law, they have every legal right to do so.

However, there is plenty of things the law can do to at least halt the sale, and I suggest they get down to it. Pronto.
